Dining with kilts

Scottish cuisine is the specific set of cooking traditions and practices associated with
Scotland. It has distinctive attributes and recipes of its own, but shares much with wider
British and European cuisine as a result of local and foreign influences, both ancient and
modern. Traditional Scottish dishes exist alongside international foodstuffs brought about
by migration.

Scots are renowned for their sweet tooth, and one of their most famous exports is
shortbread, which can be found in tartan tins in gift shops around the world. Taste the real
thing and you can understand why: made with rich Scottish butter and Demerara sugar, if
there's anything finer for washing down a cup of tea, we're yet to find it.

In addition to short breads scotts are also famous for  their delicious scones… if you are going to scotlan and haven’t tried their scones… well my friend you are at a loss.

Remember that beautiful train in Harry Potter, and how you longed to go to Hogwarts in that train well folks here it is the Marjee train of Scottland.

Edinburgh Caslte!!! Aplace where every little girl imagines herself as a princess.. this beautiful piece of arcitechture is worth a visit
