Australia - land of Kangaroos

Australia is so cool that it's hard to even know where to start describing it. The beaches are beautiful; so is the weather. Not too crowded. Great food, great music, really nice people.

Australia defines itself by its Aboriginal heritage. It’s a vibrant mix of cultures, innovative ideas and a thriving arts scene. Australians are much involved in arts. Cultural festivals, music, theatre and dance performances and art exhibitions are held every day of the week.

Most of the people go to the beach to enjoy the sun and surf or to sail, parasail, dive and beach comb. Hayman Island Resort is Australia’s most awarded five-star nature resort. It is very beautiful and relaxing spot. One can experience the pleasure of a romantic candle light dinner there.

Cheese Danish

It is a sweet and stuffed with raisins. The origin of the Danish pastry is ascribed by the Danish Confectioners, Bakers and Chocolate makers Association to a strike among the bakery workers in Danish bakeries in 1850.

These Austrian pastries were Plundergebäck, which became quite popular in Denmark. Later this recipe was changed by Danish bakers, increasing the amount of fat which resulted in what is known as the Danish pastry.
